The App and its possibilities are are not good and confusing. But the most annoying problem is that the creditcards are not getting added due to installing failures. I tried 3 cards and all are not excepted as a payment Solution!

App just doesn’t work. It’s the absolute worst. It says that your taxi is there when you can very clearly see it is not. The telephone help line is just a recording. The previous app was decent- this one is garbage.

App consistently crashes at least 3 times upon initialization. Afterwards, you’ll be able to get past the loading screen but the UX beyond that is so awful you’d wish that your app continued to crash

This is a horrible servicio with awful customer service and care and you WILLL NEVER GET A RIDE FOR A LONG TIME AND THEY HANG UP ON YOUR FACE WHEN YOU CALL FOR HELP

Most of the time I try to use this app it just shows a black screen and I am using the latest version. I think this company is dead.

The stupid app won’t even open half of the time, just crashes at launch. Then if you can book something you’re at the whim of the company and they’re terrible. Genuine trash.

Slow and glitchy but if you’re patient with it, the app does its job and a taxi shows up. Personally, didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes for a taxi. Recommend just paying the driver directly after your ride rather than dealing with entering payment info into the app.

The app crashes instantly on launch. Useless.

Please. Tell me how this app got through all the developers it did and STILL works as terribly as it does?? My grandma doesn’t know how to even turn on a computer. Also, she’s passed away. Yet she could STILL code a better user friendly app, from the grave. Can someone take this off the App Store so it doesn’t waste more people’s time??

Used TaxiClick in Ibiza with a group of friends this past week. This app felt like it was written by someone whose experience consisted of a few tutorials on YouTube. I don’t think they’ve ever heard of the term “user experience”. Subpar user interface, and almost no indication of when a cab would arrive. More time was spent on the waiting screen animation than on the rest of the app. That said, every time we called a cab one eventually arrived. It could be 16:00 in the afternoon or 4:00 in the morning; we were never stranded. It didn’t look pretty, but the app worked. Some tips: - Make sure you’re on semi-decent WiFi when making the initial call - After requesting a ride, don’t close your phone or switch to another app - Have someone waiting by the pickup location, because there’s a chance your ride will get there before you even know there is a driver

Poor interface, no way to track your request. Taxis are a monopoly on Ibiza so the app is basically worthless.

This app just makes me appreciate things developed in Silicon Valley so much more

Worst app and worst taxi service ever. If you’re going to Ibiza, stay at a hotel walking distance from the places you want to go.

Terrible user experience, doesn’t let you know when taxi is on its way or any estimated time of arrival. When you call the number to follow up, they say you booked something and it’s on its way then I was told when I called an hour later that nothing was booked. Ended up waiting 1.5 hours for a taxi at 8am. Would recommend getting a car or a driver. Useless

Only works during the day, with random results. Mostly a miss. Forget about trying to use this late night

As are most things in Ibiza… useless

You can create an account, activate that account, and reset your password. This is the only thing you can do with this app.

Address copies from google won’t be recognized by this app. Also you can’t search using name of malls / stores. Totally useless! There’s no Apple Pay and you don’t want to give your credit card to these guys.
